These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment in programs offered by Koru AI Pty Ltd (ABN 55 674 959 356), trading as AI Tech Institute. By using the site or applying for a program, you agree to them.
Places in our cohorts are limited and offered at our discretion. Some programs assume prior experience; we'll tell you honestly if we think a program isn't the right fit before you commit.
Program fees are shown in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. Australian GST of 10% is added at checkout, and your tax invoice will show it separately. AI Tech Institute is not a Registered Training Organisation, so our programs are not GST-free education courses. Your place is confirmed once payment, or an agreed payment arrangement, is received.
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you will be offered a transfer to the next intake or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If you withdraw, you may cancel at any time before the first session of your cohort and receive a full refund of fees paid. Once your cohort has begun, fees are no longer refundable, although we will consider a transfer to a later intake in cases of serious illness or other exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for the purpose we describe. If we fail to meet one of those guarantees you may be entitled to a remedy, and in the case of a major failure, to a refund.
We may adjust schedules, instructors or curriculum where necessary to maintain quality, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Course materials are provided for your personal learning and remain our property or that of their authors. Please don't redistribute or resell them without permission. Work you create during a program remains yours.
We are committed to high-quality teaching, but we don't guarantee any specific job, salary or certification outcome. We are not yet a registered training organisation; where a program references a future accreditation pathway, that is indicative only.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the programs and this site is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent local law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
