Who we are

Koru AI Pty Ltd (ABN 55 674 959 356), trading as AI Tech Institute (“we”, “us”), provides live, faculty-led AI and data education across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@aitechinstitute.com.au.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email, role, organisation and any message — when you contact us, register interest or apply for a program. We also collect basic technical and usage data (for example, pages visited) to run and improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess applications, deliver programs, meet our administrative and legal obligations, and — only where you'd expect it — keep you informed about relevant courses. We do not use it for anything you wouldn't reasonably anticipate.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — currently Webflow (website and form submissions), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), Stripe (payments, where you pay online) and our email provider — and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Storage and security

Your information is held on reputable cloud services and protected with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Some providers may store data outside your country; we take steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@aitechinstitute.com.au and we'll action reasonable requests promptly.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertising leads to an enquiry. These set cookies in your browser and share usage data with Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Changes

We may update this policy as our programs and obligations evolve. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
